This delivered a big blast of Turkish delight, rosewater, hibiscus, orange blossom and floral runny honey or, as one Panellist described it, "like a strawman doused in perfume". It was vibrant and juicy on the palate, with the gentle, sweet spiciness of an anise liqueur with notes of black liquorice, rock candy and straw.
