SMWS 28.100 Fresh as a mountain stream

This cheerful nose combined green grapes, sherbet lemons, stewed pears and cherry bubblegum with sun-kissed barley fields, sugared almonds and honey drizzled over walnuts. The palate started off sweet – honey, baklava and vanilla – before finishing slightly dry and waxy, with lino cuts, pickled ginger, citrus peel and pine.
