A fresh and floral aroma greeted the Panel with descriptors such as pear drops, lemon cleaner, liquorice-flavoured lozenges and a potpourri of violets and apple blossom. On the palate came custardy, creamy mouthcoating with flavours of honey, Turkish delight and raspberry-flavoured foam shrimps, as well as blue raspberry candy laces.
