SMWS 73.174 A real taste of summer

A surprising pale colour was followed by delicate aromas of sawdust, lime zest, elderflower, coconut, marshmallows and tender, juicy chicken in a lemongrass and honey sauce. This was certainly livelier on the neat palate, with barley sugar rolled in chilli flakes or licking honey with wasabi off a wooden chopstick.
