Also known as Head in the clouds
We were on cloud nine nosing this one neat as it reminded us of a Cloud Walker cocktail, mixing Finnish cloudberry liqueur with whisky, lime juice and lemonade. On the palate we moved from Finland to Barbados as we enjoyed a traditional planter’s drink called corn ‘n’ oil, mixing rum, Falernum and Angostura Bitter before floating dark blackstrap rum on top.
