SMWS 48.176 Paint to sample

We all agreed to give this sample a little time to breathe in the glass to be then rewarded by a hearty Scotch broth with plenty of diced smoked bacon. The mouthfeel had a sweet, syrupy texture with raisins, caramel and maple syrup but, remaining in the background, was the meaty note of well-fried bacon on top of a pancake stack.
