The nose combined blackcurrant pastilles, damson crumble and bramble jelly with the earthiness of cinnamon stick, eucalyptus and digging the garden in new leather shoes. The palate was sweet and fizzy – contrasting kir royale, elderberry and peach with some soft caramel.
