About Superb and surprising!: Distillery 115 produces a spirit that begs for warmer weather, so it’s release is a timely one! Aromas of flowers and herbs are a typical find and, in this cask’s instance, accompanied by darker notes of brown ales and brown breads (the former due to the distillate and latter due to cask protocol).
