SMWS 16.97 Smoky hanky panky

This was a real winter warmer, delighting the Panellists with a serving of hay-smoked lamb chops in a redcurrant glaze next to wild berry fruit tea and oak-smoked tomato ketchup. The palate neat continued the foody theme with sweet, smoky marinated chicken wings and the iconic German street food, currywurst – a bratwurst with a sauce made from tomato purée, yellow curry powder, other spices, sugar and vinegar.
