Full of nostalgia, the Panel felt, as though they had climbed aboard an old airliner: well-worn leather seats evoked travel past, coffee was served and lingered on the nose, and hard banana candy was handed out before take-off. The palate had a full texture – immediately sweet with dark fruits and sweet cigar tobacco, followed by cedar, white pepper and minted chilli salsa.
