SMWS 72.126 Cheery cherry vanilla pudding parfait

This opened with plenty of floral and herbal sweetness – lavender petals, patchouli oil and vanilla pods – but at the same time lots of good oak notes and fresh orange slices. On the palate we found further sweetness in the form of creamy caramel, lemon-scented toffee, butter pastries and gorse flower syrup, with a finish of freshly brewed orange blossom oolong tea.
