Grape must and crushed bergamot were subsumed by hessian sacks and deposited in a vintage car showroom – a fitting fragrance for the location. The cask pedigree was made immediately clear on the palate; full of oak tannins, dried figs, strawberry jam and a touch of eucalyptus.
