The aroma of apple as well pumpkin pie filled the room mingling choc chip cookies and wild berry Halloween incense sticks. On the palate neat we felt ‘assaulted’ by American oak, chewing on a wooden stick, vanilla in abundance next to tannins and essence of mango.
