SMWS 121.116 A sensation of summer

The pleasant, summery nose conveyed hay bales and barley fields, apple strudel and lemon puffs. The palate held vanilla slice and heather honey on porridge, followed by various fruit flavours – sherbet lemons, raspberry coulis, mango, pear and grape; finishing with salted wood, white pepper and cardamom seeds.
