We encountered a lovely and extremely attractive neat aroma full of heather honey, robust maltiness, green pepper, aniseed, pine resin, freshly cut flowers and wafts of tomato vines. Water made everything seem very syrupy and honeyed, with wormwood and camphor notes and some barley sugar.
