We imagined walking on a traditional American beach boardwalk chewing saltwater taffy and strawberry kisses as we queued to buy candyfloss. To taste, we got a delicious hit of frozen strawberry fromage frais together with a tangy sweet tangerine-sugarcane-pineapple juice.
