The neat nose was sweet, fruity and easy; we found lots of notes of gorse flowers, vanilla pods, sandalwood, some peppery watercress and crushed hazelnut. Water brought out the green sharpness of granny smith apple, stem ginger, fruit pastilles and some earthy petrichor.
