The neat nose revealed figs dipped in chocolate, soft earthy tones, warm cocoa full of marshmallows and some balancing aromas of umami liquid seasonings. With water the earthiness was elevated, alongside deep notes of tobacco, forest mushrooms, paprika and spiced beef jerky.
