We entered a shisha bar where we ordered oaty toffee apple crumble accompanied by a glass of breadfruit wine. On the neat palate, this was surprisingly hot and fizzy – like spiced sour apple cubes, or Swedish salty liquorice and a fruity wine gum mix.
