SMWS 60.53 Crema catalana cookies

A delicate scent of heather honey, custard cream biscuits, crushed vanilla pods and fresh cotton fragrance oil greeted the Panel before soft fruit jelly sweets, candied pineapple, kiwi and grapes took centre stage. On the palate the fruit turned into apples, calvados, cinnamon-spiced apple rings and sparkling cloudy apple juice.
