Initial nosing revealed a highly leathery and nicely dense profile, with underlying soft dark fruits balanced by gentle earthy and tobacco notes. Water brought out elements of bitter orange marmalade, liquorice, cocktail bitters and cedar wood, and a lovely whiff of Iberico ham!
