Our nose as our witness, we watched Picasso's apprentice wrapping emulsion-splattered linen sheets around candy apples, butterscotch toffee and cherry liqueur chocolates. The palate centred on a glazed strawberry tart, topped with dark chocolate shavings, lime zest and old-school bubblegum.
