SMWS 6.87 Orchard discothèque

This was an al fresco disco of plums stewed in red wine, orange blossom and clarified butter spiked with chocolate bitters. The palate complemented the nose, bringing trail mix tossed in raisin purée at the core of an almond croissant, topped with red grapes and candied orange.
