Also known as Right on the Nose
Running our noses along a length of huckleberry taffy, the experience was supplemented by molasses, sesame seeds, cinnamon and freeze-dried strawberries, and orange peel. The palate echoed the nose, with layers of orange, treacle custard, key lime pie and an accent of clove.
