A leafy and honeyed nose greeted the Panel, with further impressions noted of black forest gâteau, boozy cherries, darjeeling tea and milk chocolate. Reduction brought coconut dipped in dark chocolate, red berry fruitiness, granola drizzled with honey and deeper hints of walnut oil and camphor.
