This 7-year-old single malt from Great Northern Distillery was bottled by The Single Cask Ltd. at cask strength, 54.1% ABV. As a first-fill bourbon barrel release, it is likely to show a clear influence from the oak, often bringing vanilla-led sweetness alongside fresh malt character.
