This Speyside single malt is a 16-year-old Craigellachie bottled by Murray McDavid for the Spirit of Speyside Festival 2025. It is a single-cask release presented at cask strength, with finishing or maturation in a Palo Cortado cask, a sherry style known for combining nutty dryness with richer, layered character.
