Copeland Merchants' Quay Palo Cortado Finish is a limited 2025 release of 1,250 bottles at 46% ABV. Copeland finished its Great Northern Distillery-sourced Merchants' Quay blended Irish whiskey in two 120 L Palo Cortado quarter casks for 10 months and two 225 L Palo Cortado barriques for four months.
