Wu Dram Clan Bowmore Cask #53518 is a 27-year-old single malt Scotch whisky from Islay, bottled from a single hogshead at 51.3% ABV. Bowmore is widely known for combining maritime character with peat smoke, often in a more balanced style than Islay's most intensely smoky malts.
A little avalanche of Bowmore, including our 700th here on WF
A mature yet punchy Bowmore in a maritime style, with ashes, saline notes, seaweed, citrus peels and a long, piney, coastal finish.
