A maritime, ashy Bowmore with candied lemon, grilled pineapple and honey on the nose, giving way to roasted herbs, eucalyptus and a long, mineral finish.

Old Particular Bowmore is an 11-year-old Islay single malt bottled at cask strength from a single refill bourbon barrel. For a novice drinker, that usually suggests a whisky with clear distillery character and less influence from heavy oak or wine casks.
