Decadent DramsTomatin

This is a 10-year-old Highland single malt from Tomatin, bottled by independent bottler Decadent Drinks for its Decadent Drams range. It was drawn from a single cask at cask strength, so it will show the whisky in a more concentrated, undiluted style.

The whisky was matured in an oloroso-seasoned hogshead described as second fill. For a novice drinker, that usually suggests a balance between Tomatin’s fruity, malty spirit character and a layer of dried-fruit, nutty, spiced oak influence from the sherry cask, rather than an overwhelmingly cask-led profile.
