Decadent Drinks Dufftown Chapter Thirty Seven is a well-aged Speyside single malt whisky, distilled in 1991 and bottled at 51.1% ABV. For a novice drinker, the long maturation suggests a spirit shaped as much by time in oak as by the distillery character itself.
