An absolute killer, with rich mushroom and leek broth, growing umami, orange marmalade, and an extraordinary candied-pear finish.

The Whisky Exchange Dailuaine - Taurus is a young Speyside single malt whisky bottled at natural cask strength from a single cask. At 5 years old and 61.0% ABV, it is likely to show a bold, concentrated style with plenty of energy.
An absolute killer, with rich mushroom and leek broth, growing umami, orange marmalade, and an extraordinary candied-pear finish.
An uncommon whisky with red berries, raisins and fruitcake, but its funky new-make character and lactic notes don't quite work for the reviewer.
