Limited to 2 per member The nose, for one panellist, was a wardrobe full of perfumed ladies clothes but another recalled ‘haying time, sun-warmed hay and fruit pies (apple, bramble, raspberry) on wooden tables’. The palate evoked bourbon, Curiosity Cola and a sweet/tangy collaboration of Peach Melba, lemon meringue pie and Sherbet Fountains.
