Spring torch heather, named after the glimmering colour of its new spring growth, combined with fragrant wood incense and daffodils made this an intriguing bouquet of aromas. On the palate; pear and lemon juice followed by desiccated coconut and a ginger-chilli flavour before, in the finish, homemade, slightly burned, vanilla-rooibos fig newtons.
