We imagined sitting on Bondi beach, hanging loose, watching the surfers as the sun dipped into the Pacific Ocean while eating carrot cake topped with passion fruit flavoured cream cheese. The palate was oily and mouth-coating with the lingering, delicate spice one can expect from a bourbon with a high rye content.
