The nose pleasantly combined sweet, fruity and earthy elements – chocolate limes, coconut milk, fruity habaneros, chocolate sponge cake and dunnage warehouse floors. The palate was bright, zingy and intriguing, with bubblegum, foamy shrimps, banana liqueur, lemon thyme, parma violets and refreshers.
