Limited to 1 bottle per member The nose is a sensuous susurration of Spain – we identified wine-soaked floorboards in a bodega and cigars being handed out in the bullring after roses were tossed on the sand; toffee apples, sarsaparilla, marzipan in dark chocolate and tawny port. The rich palate bestowed chocolate-coated dark cherries, cinnamon buns, chocolate oranges and cigar butts dipped in pomegranate molasses – this was a star!
