Bottle limited to 1 per member The nose promises sweet delights (mochi, bourbon biscuits, Bounty bars, banana bread) some intense fruit (peach, apricot, raspberryade), chilli, Fisherman’s Friends, linseed oil and heather. The neat palate continues the sweetness (cream-filled brandy snaps, coffee liqueur, maple syrup on waffles) repeats the fruit (drenched in syrup) and finds wintergreen, mint and gentle spices to finish.
