The comforting aroma of fig rolls, orange sponge cake and chocolate-covered roasted hazelnuts served with a glass of iced caramel cloudy macchiato made us feel free and borderless ‘above the clouds’. Extremely pleasant on the palate neat, with a well-balanced wood spice and brown sugar sweetness to start, followed by melted butter mixed with crushed ginger biscuits.
