It was like being welcomed with a big smile and open arms – honey, melon, pineapple and vanilla next to warm cinnamon swirls and a whiff of fruit jam hookah tobacco. On the palate luscious mango arrived first soon followed by honey candied chilli ginger, salted toffee, fresh oak and in the finish dark bittersweet chocolate.
