Limited to 2 per member The aroma reminded one panellist of sparkling Normandy cider with the natural scent of pears combined with exotic fruits like mango and pineapple and the sweetness of honey. Really juicy, fresh and zingy on the palate neat, now more like an old-fashioned cider with the juice of a lemon, slices of orange, Angostura bitter, dark cherries and a dash of whisky.
