A sweet and fruity aroma on the neat nose reminded us of lime marmalade, bakewell tarts and a peach melba sundae with vanilla ice cream, prosecco, cream and lemon juice. On the palate, French raisin toast with cinnamon butter and honey-caramelised pears before we felt like squeezing lemon juice on to our tongues.
