Peated
Limited to 2 per member A lovely delicate distant smoke as we imagined watching Audrey Hepburn as Holly in ‘Breakfast at Tiffany’s’ using an oversized cigarette holder. Plenty of peat smoke on the palate, blowtorched mango, vanilla and brine next to oily slightly medicinal flavours as well as hot smoked sweet cured mackerel strips – “you can take a toonie out of Campbeltown, but…”.
