On the nose, apples, pears and citrus run eventually into emulsion paint, with interesting side runners of Victory V’s, menthol, olive oil biscuits and various botanicals. That faint aromatic botanical echo continues on the palate, with wheat beer, coriander, liquorice and mint; it also has creamy, buttery aspects (foamy bananas and single cream drizzled over fruit salad).
