The nose had us floating euphorically on magic carpets of apple blossom, mango, manuka honey and floral aromatherapy oils. The palate was a loving caress of pink wafers and glacé cherries, pineapple cubes, raspberry-coconut bars and tinned fruit salad; finishing with an impression of flowers wrapped in shaved oak.
