The Panellists contemplated lilies in a cool spring garden, savoury-sweet and calming. The palate, however, was clearly peanuts soaked in sugar syrup, until a wave of horseradish spice pounced forward only to be swiftly subdued by tinned peaches and freshly cut grass.
