The aroma neat was packed with spirited smoke, tar, liquorice and plenty of medicinal notes, we all thought that we were in for an experience tasting it – and we were not disappointed! Comments of “that is a big smoky beast” and “peat galore” instantly set the scene (after we caught our breath).
