An exemplary nose from this distillery, beginning with soft putty, furniture wax, pine needles, hessian, clover, olive oil, soot, pastis, freshly baked wholemeal bread, wet clay and pumpkin seed oil. Some light peppery touches and notes of caramel wafers and orange flowers.
