Limited to 2 bottles per member The rather curious nose had sticky toffee pudding and Demerara cinnamon toast, crumbled ginger snaps, hazelnut shells and something reminiscent of treasured old wooden cabinets. The palate was both sweet (Cadbury’s Whole Nut, bourbon biscuits, raisins) and spicy (honey-glazed padron peppers, chilli chocolate, moist gingerbread, Indian chai).
